Marilena Lo Re, Manager

Marilena Lo Re graduated from the University of  Naples in 1998 in English Language and Literature. She became a certified teacher in 2000 and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Special Education at the University of  Milan in 2004. She started teaching students aged 10 to 13 in 2001. She has worked in different secondary schools in Northern and Southern Italy. She also holds two further postgraduate qualifications: one in “English Literature” and the other in “Teaching Foreign Languages”. In 2008 she obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations) and the Eipass Computer Certificate; in 2009 she attended a refresher course for teachers on the use of IWBs; in 2011 she received a Comenius grant to study Content Language Integrated Learning Methodology (CLIL) in Brighton, UK. She has worked as a tutor and a teacher in Trinity and Cambridge preparation courses for children in state schools. She currently teaches English at I.C. Rubino Nicodemi in Fisciano and is involved in different projects as a manager and a teacher.
